WHO IS KELLY MCDONALD?

Although I was born in the state of Pennsylvania, I am no stranger to the beauty of the bluegrass state.  I have lived in the Louisville, Kentucky area for over 30 years and consider Kentucky my home. Growing up, I was a student of the Traditional School program and Since then, I have worked in the Health and Life Insurance industry and My experiences in Insurance exposed me to the world of Sales and Marketing and the environmental industry introduced me to the commercial real estate side of the real estate industry, thus sparking my interest in becoming a real estate agent.

In 1996, I became active in a Medieval Recreation group called the Society for Creative Anachronisms .  It was there that I met my husband, Matt, during a local fighter practice at the University of Louisville. After 3 years of dating, we were married in September, 2000 at the Louisville Zoo.  We had a Scottish wedding complete with kilts and bag pipers!  In 2002, we were graced with a beautiful little girl, Piper.  She is our pride and joy and is always teaching us something new and showing us the joy of being a child all over again.
